Contact Us
Got a question about one of our casino reviews, spotted something that needs updating, or just want to flag an issue with a site we've covered? This page tells you how to reach the Online Casino Ireland team and what we can (and can't) help with.
How to reach us
The quickest way to get in touch is by email at [email protected]. Drop us a line if you'd like to ask about a specific casino's bonus terms, suggest a site we haven't reviewed yet, or point out something on the page that looks out of date. We go through enquiries in the order they arrive and try to reply within a couple of working days, though it can occasionally take longer if we're mid-way through updating our rankings.
When writing in, it helps to include the name of the casino or page you're asking about, and as much detail as you can about the issue. If you're querying a bonus offer, a screenshot or copy of the terms you saw on the operator's own site is genuinely useful — bonus terms change often, and that helps us check things properly.
What we can help with
- Questions about how we assess and rank Irish online casinos
- Corrections to bonus amounts, wagering terms or payment details on a review
- Suggestions for casinos or topics you'd like us to cover
- General feedback on the site, its layout or how easy it is to use
What we can't help with
We're an independent review and comparison site — we don't operate any casino, hold player funds, or have access to individual player accounts. That means we're not able to help with:
- Deposits, withdrawals or bonus credits on a casino account
- Verification (KYC) checks or document requests from an operator
- Disputes over winnings, closed accounts or blocked withdrawals
For any of the above, you'll need to contact the customer support team of the casino in question directly — usually through live chat or email listed on their own site. If you feel you've been treated unfairly by an operator, Ireland doesn't yet have its own dedicated gambling regulator handling player disputes the way some other jurisdictions do, so your first step is usually the casino's licensing authority (commonly the Malta Gaming Authority or an Estonian licence, depending on the operator) or an independent dispute resolution service they're signed up to.
Concerned about your own gambling, or someone else's?
If you or someone you know is finding it hard to keep gambling under control, this isn't the place to resolve that, and we wouldn't want you to wait on an email reply if you need support now. We've put together a dedicated responsible gambling page with practical steps, tools operators offer such as deposit limits and self-exclusion, and where to find independent support services in Ireland.
Before you write in
A few quick checks can save you a round-trip email:
- If your question is about how we rate and compare casinos, our review pages usually explain the criteria used for that specific site
- If it's about eligibility outside standard Irish-licensed sites, our non GamStop casinos page covers that separately
- If it's about site usage, cookies or how we handle information, check our terms and conditions first
- If it's about who's behind Online Casino Ireland, our about us page has that background
None of this replaces getting in touch directly if your question isn't answered elsewhere — we'd rather hear from you than have you guess.
A note on independence
Online Casino Ireland earns commission from some of the operators listed on this site when readers sign up through our links. That relationship never decides which casino ranks where, and it has no bearing on how we respond to your emails — feedback and corrections are treated the same whether they concern a top-ranked site or one we haven't listed at all.
Getting a useful reply
Enquiries that include specifics — the casino name, the date you noticed something, and what exactly looked wrong or unclear — tend to get sorted fastest. General feedback is just as welcome, but it may take a little longer to fold into an update since we batch content changes rather than editing pages line by line every time a message comes in.
